I use the word “honestly” for a reason. I hear from many people daily, who are struggling to get into shape and the number one thing they all say to me is along the lines of:
” I eat really well, so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong”
Most people however, are guessing in regards to how much they are actually consuming daily and are guessing incorrectly.As well as not knowing how much they are really consuming, they do not even know how much they should be consuming to achieve their goals.

I understand that nutrition can seem like a mind field, but ask yourself how much are you,or have you paid over the years on gym membership, crash diets, the latest ‘wonder’ gadgets/ fads that have not worked? I’d hedge my bets its a tidy sum. Nutrition however need not be so daunting,it is important that you start with a structured plan, no more guessing. Giving your nutrition some structure must come first. If weight/fat loss are your goal then you must know how much you should be consuming daily to achieve that goal .However just cutting calories calories drastically or cutting out carbs is NOT the answer. Your daily nutrition should have a good balance of proteins, fats, and carbs as your base line that you are adhering to the majority of the time.
Once you have this foundation in pace, you will start to see the changes you are looking for which will enable you to add in the occasional treats without them having an adverse effect on you achieving your #fatloss goal.
