How To Burn Fat..Successfully

Do you want to know how to #burnfat successfully?

Is fat loss and getting a leaned toned look your primary goal, as opposed to simple weight loss, which can leave you lighter in weight but with a skinny fat look and lots of wobbly bits?

If so then you must get one thing right or you will fail… ...YOUR NUTRITION!...

Nutrition is KEY when you have a goal that is to #burnfat, its role plays at least 80% towards burning fat successfully exercise contributes about 20%!

Simply speaking, what you are (or are not) eating and drinking is the number one reason why you may be failing in your journey of how to burn fat successfully. You have probably heard the following saying in one form or another

” You Cannot Out Train A Poor Diet”

The cold hard truth is, irrespective of what type of training you are performing, if you want to make aesthetic changes to your body then you must honestly address your eating and drinking habits. I use the word “honestly” for a reason. I hear from many people daily, who are struggling to get into shape and the number one thing they all say to me is along the lines of:

” I eat really well, so I don’t know what I’m doing wrong”

Most people however, are guessing in regards to how much they are actually consuming daily and are guessing incorrectly. As well as not knowing how much they are really consuming, they do not even know how much they should be consuming to achieve their goals.

Does this sound like you?

If it is, don’t stop reading here simply because ‘you’ve heard it before’ let me tell you how you can finally get on top of this so you  should never have to address the issue again.

A big part of you not achieving the body you are hoping may well be your resistance to change. #OldHabitsDieHard they really do,and habit become the norm and changing the norm is often a non starter. Now whilst I understand that change can be both a frightening and daunting task, it is absolutely necessary. If you are not prepared to make changes, especially with your nutrition, then nothing else will ever change.

Do you know this saying?… ‘Insanity- Doing the same thing over and over again and expecting a different result’

Fat loss starts in your kitchen, the foundation must be set there not in the gym.

I understand that nutrition can seem like a mind field, but ask yourself how much are you,or have you paid over the years on gym membership, crash diets, the latest ‘wonder’ gadgets/ fads that have not worked? I’d hedge my bets its a tidy sum. Nutrition however need not be so daunting,it is important that you start with a structured plan, no more guessing. Giving your nutrition some structure must come first. If weight/fat loss are your goal then you must know how much you should be consuming daily to achieve that goal .However just cutting calories calories drastically or cutting out carbs is NOT the answer. Your daily nutrition should have a good balance of proteins, fats, and carbs as your base line that you are adhering to the majority of the time.

Once you have this foundation in pace, you will start to see the changes you are looking for which will enable you to add in the occasional treats without them having an adverse effect on you achieving your #fatloss goal.

Your daily nutrition should be one that is sustainable and you should start to think about it as a lifestyle way of eating-nothing off limits, but some foods in more

My clients eat carbs, they eat fats, they eat protein every day and still achieve results.

There is no food groups off limit. The more you restrict your body long term from food groups such as carbs, the more detrimental it will be to your physical and mental well-being.

It is human nature, the more you can’t have something, the more you want it and when you finally get it, you go overboard and have it in excess, and binge eat.
