I take pride in not using app’s that randomly create your nutrition and training schedule’s.I work from the answers you have given me on your lifestyle questionnaire. You are unique so your program will be tailored specifically to you and not a cookie cutter program an app has created.You have unlimited email contact with me 24/7 for as long as you work with me.

Your Bespoke Nutrition Plan
- You will be required to send me a detailed food diary included in your lifestyle questionnaire.
- NO crash diets
- TWO MEAL PLANNING OPTIONS:
- Option 1-Using the information you provide me on your food diary.I will compile a bespoke meal plan for you with accurate carbs, proteins and fats calculated to help you achieve your goals.You will know exactly what you are eating daily and when.Changes will be made every 4 weeks or as may be deemed necessary.
- Option 2-If you like to eat lots of different foods daily, you have the option of of receiving your macronutrients (macros) based on your goals and you can then use your macros to will plan your own meals daily based on the macros you have been given.
- Whichever option you decide.you will be eating ‘real foods’ every day.
- You will receive recommendations on supplements that can be of benefit to your progress. All supplements recommended can be purchased at any high street pharmacy or from online companies such as Amazon/EBay.
- You will be required to send me via Whats App ( a free app) video clips of you performing the exercises on your training program, this ensures you are performing the exercises correctly and safely.All video clips remain 100% confidential, no-one else will ever see any of the video clips you send to me, unless of course you show them.
- You will be required to send in weekly updated measurements
- You will be required to send in weekly updated progress pictures.

A full lifestyle questionnaire. More detailed and will form the basis for me writing your bespoke program.
At the same time as sending back your questionnaire's, you must send me current pictures (taken within the previous 3 days) of you,so I can better assess your current physique.
- The 16 Weeks Transformation Plan is a bespoke fitness and nutrition plan that will be based on the information you supply me with in the questionnaire's you will receive. All results are varied and based on each individual client.Those clients who are fully committed and follow the program as directed will achieve the greatest results. The results achieved in 16 weeks will vary from individual to individual.
