It's Check-In Day!
Check-in day is arguably the most important day for us both.
Please remember this is the only way I can assess how you are getting on and if I need to make any changes to your program, so it important you give this some time to complete and do not just rush through it. Honesty is paramount between us and questions are ALWAYS welcome.
You must send your check-in form and upload your progress pictures in your Google folder (Progress Pictures tracker) to me before
4pm UK TIME (GMT) every Saturday.
If you need to send them a day earlier that is ok,just let me knowin advance.
You will receive feedback and any changes each Monday morning.
Check-in's received late will not recevie feedback until Wednesday evevning UK time.
SO PLEASE DO NOT MISS THE CHECK-IN DEADLINE
