It's Check-In Day!
Check-in day is arguably the most important day for us both.
Please remember this is the only way I can assess how you are getting on and if I need to make any changes to your program, so it important you give this some time to complete and do not just rush through it. Honesty is paramount between us and questions are ALWAYS welcome.
You must send your check-in form and updated progress pictures to me by
10am UK TIME (GMT) on the day specified to you when you received your initial program.
You are permitted to send everything over to me, 24 hours prior, if this is more convenient to you. Do not however send any earlier than 24 hours before. y
